DAİMİ DİŞLERDE İNTRAKORONAL DEVİTAL BEYAZLATMA: 3 OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Diş renklenmeleri, özellikle anterior dişlerde sıklıkla düzeltilmesi gereken estetik bir problem olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Genellikle travma, endodontik tedavi veya pulpa nekrozu gibi nedenlerle renklenmeye uğrayan dişler için kron ve laminate restorasyonlar gibi çözüm yöntemleri olmasına rağmen; diğer tedavi yöntemlerine göre daha konservatif, daha az maliyetli ve daha kolay uygulanabilen beyazlatma yöntemleri ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi sağlanabilmektedir. Bu klinik olgu raporunda, endodontik tedavi sonrasında renklenmeye maruz kalan anterior dişlere sahip üç hastaya ‘sodyum perborat’ beyazlatma ajanı kullanılarak uygulanan intrakoronal devital beyazlatma tedavilerinin 2 yıllık sonuçları sunulmuştur.
