Determination of Some Agricultural and Quality Characters of Common Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Genotypes in Yozgat Ecological Condition

This research was made in Yozgat ecological conditions to determination of some agricultural characteristics of the dry bean lines which developed by selection method. The research was conducted in Yozgat City, Akdağmadeni County, Konacı Village in ‘Randomized Blocs Design’ with 3 replications in the growing year of 2010. In the trial, a total of 22 genotypes consisted from 2 dwarf bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) lines, 15 pure lines and 5 local populations were used as material. Statistically significant differences were found for all the examined features between the genotypes. The obtained data from trial showed that from 25.44 cm (PV1) to 68.89 cm (PV7) for plant height, from 1.44 (PV9) to 4.89 (PV20) for number of branch per plant, from 6.11 (PV22) to 15.44 (PV18) node per plant, from 13.67 (PV1) to 27.33 (PV3) leaf per plant, from 7.42 (PV14) cm to 11.53 cm (PV20) length of pod, from 7.45 (PV8) to 18.33 (PV13) for number of pods per plant, from 2.35 (PV6) to 3.68 (PV20) for number of seed per pod, from 21.78 (PV14) to 63.44 (PV2) seed per plant, from 259.20 (PV15) g to 469.00 g (PV8) for thousand seed weight, from 150.42 (PV1) kg.da-1 to 400.74 kg.da-1 (PV18) for yield, from 18.57% (PV9) to 26.80% (PV22) for protein ratio, from 31.83 (PV19) kg.da-1 to 75.88 kg.da-1 (PV22) for protein yield.

Yozgat Ekolojik Şartlarında Yetiştirilen Fasulye (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Genotiplerinin Bazı Tarımsal Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Öz

Bu araştırma, seleksiyon yoluyla geliştirilen fasulye hatları ve ticari çeşitlerinin Yozgat ekolojik koşullarında bazı tarımsal özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma “Tesadüf Blokları Deneme” desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak 2010 yılında Yozgat ilinin Akdağmadeni ilçesi Konacı Köyünde yürütülmüştür. Denemede materyal olarak Araştırmada, 2 adet bodur fasulye (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) çeşidi, 15 fasulye hattı ve 5 yerel populasyon olmak üzere toplam 22 genotip materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. İncelenen tüm özellikler bakımından genotipler arasında istatistiki olarak önemli farklar tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre genotiplerin bitki boyları 25.44 (PV1) ile 68.89 cm (PV7), dal sayıları 1.44 (PV9) ile 4.89 adet/bitki (PV20), boğum sayıları 6.11 (PV22) ile 15.44 adet/bitki (PV18), yaprak sayıları 13.67 (PV1) ile 27.33 adet/bitki (PV3), bakla boyları 7.42 (PV14) ile 11.53 cm (PV20), bakla sayıları 7.45 (PV8) ile 18.33 adet/bitki (PV13), baklada tane sayıları 2.35 (PV6) ile 3.68 adet (PV20), bitkide tane sayıları 21.78 (PV14) ile 63.44 adet (PV2), bin tane ağırlıkları 259.20 (PV15) ile 469.00 g (PV8), tane verimleri 150.42 (PV1) ile 400.74 kg/da (PV18), protein oranları % 18.57 (PV9) ile 26.80 (PV22) ve protein verimleri 31.83 (PV19) ile 75.88 kg/da (PV22) arasında değişim göstermiştir.
