Fungicide Resistance in Plant Pathogenic Fungi

Öz

The most effective method to control of diseases which caused by fungal microorganisms in plants is using of fungicide. However it couldn’t be obtained adequately or it could be obtained no disease control with fungicides because of several causes. One of them is the development of resistance against the fungicide in a fungal pathogen. Fungicide resistance is described as the stable, inheritable adjustment by a fungus to a fungicide, resulting in a less than normal sensitivity to that fungicide. Most likely, resistance occurs a result of genetic mutations. According to type of these genet-ic mutations, resistance shows differences. This paper aims at giving types of resistance and how does develops re-sistance, the factors which are effective in development of resistance and according to risk of resistance development of fungicides groups with fungal pathogens.

Bitki Patojeni Funguslarda Fungisid Dayanıklılığı

Öz

Kültür bitkilerinde fungal mikroorganizmalardan dolayı meydana gelen hastalıklarla mücadelede en etkili yol fungisid kullanımıdır. Bununla birlikte, çeşitli sebeplerden dolayı fungisid uygulaması sonucu hastalıkla mücadelede yeterince başarı sağlanamamaktadır. Bu sebeplerden en önemlisi fungal patojende, fungiside karşı dayanıklılık oluşmasıdır. Fungisid dayanıklılığı, patojen bir fungusun, bir fungiside stabil ve genetik olarak uyum sağlaması sonucu hassasiyetinin azalması olarak ifade edilmektedir. Dayanıklılık muhtemelen genetik mutasyonlar sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu genetik değişikliğin tipine göre fungisid dayanıklılığı farklılık gösterir. Bu derlemede, bitki patojeni funguslarda dayanıklılık tipleri, bunların nasıl gerçekleştikleri, dayanıklılık oluşumunda etkili olan faktörler ve dayanıklılık oluşturma risklerine göre fungisid grupları ele alınmıştır.
