Broyler Yetiştiriciliğinde Yaygın Olarak Kullanılan Aydınlatma Programlarının Verim Performansları ve Bazı Karkas Özellikleri Bakımından Karşılaştırılması

Öz

Bu araştırmada, broyler yetiştiriciliğinde yaygın olarak uygulanan 4 farklı aydınlatma programı(AP)’nın, verim performansları, kesim ve bazı karkas özellikleri üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. AP 1 (1-2 gün: 20 lüks, 23 saat; 3-42 gün, 5 lüks, 23 saat), 2 (1-3 gün: 20 lüks, 23 saat; 4- 10 gün: 5 lüks, 8 saat; 11-15 gün: 5 lüks 12 saat; 16-21 gün: 5 lüks 8 saat; 22-35 gün: 5 lüks, 18 saat; 36-42 gün: 5 lüks, 23 saat ), 3 (1-3 gün: 20 lüks, 23 saat; 4-42 gün: 5 lüks, 16 saat ) ve 4 (1-3 gün: 20 lüks, 23 saat; 4-10 gün: 20 lüks, 18 saat; 11-15 gün: 5 lüks, 8 saat; 16-21 gün: 5 lüks, 12 saat; 22-28 gün: 5 lüks, 16 saat; 29-42 gün: 5 lüks, 18 saat ) olarak uygulanmıştır. Deneme, her tekerrürde 30 adet civciv olmak üzere, 4 AP’nin her biri ayrı kompartımanda, 2 cinsiyet ve 4 tekerrür olmak üzere 32 alt grupta, toplam 960 adet civciv (Ross 308) ile yürütülmüştür. Sonuç olarak; kesim yaşı canlı ağırlığı (CA) üzerine AP etkisi önemsiz bulunmuştur. Canlı ağırlık artışı (CAA) bakımından ise 1-10. ve 11-29. günlerde 4. AP ile diğerleri arasındaki farklılıklar önemli (P<0.05) bulunmuştur. Ancak, kesim yaşında bu farklılıklar önemsiz bulunmuştur. Yaşama gücü üzerinde muamelelerin etkisi önemsiz bulunmuştur. Kümülatif yem tüketimi (KYT) bakımından da benzer sonuçlar bulunmuş ve 4. AP ile diğerlerinden daha düşük (P<0.01) olarak gerçekleşmiştir. KYT bakımından yem değerlendirme sayısı (YDS) üzerine AP etkisi önemsiz bulunmuştur. AP’ler karkas ağırlığı ve karkas randımanı (%) üzerinde önemli bir etki göstermezken, abdominal yağ ağırlığı (AYA) ve oranı (AYO), kanat ağıtlığı ve oranı, göğüs ağırlığı ve oranı üzerinde önemi etki (P<0.05) meydana getirdikleri belirlenmiştir. AYA ve AYO bakımından 1. ve 2. AP arasındaki fark önemli (P<0.01) bulunmuştur. 2. AP ile diğerlerine nazaran daha düşük (P<0.05) göğüs ağırlığı ve oranı elde edilmiştir. Benzer durum but ağırlığı bakımından da görülmüş ve 2 AP ile diğerlerine nazaran daha düşük (P<0.05) but ağırlığı elde edilmiştir; fakat but oranı üzerine AP etkisi önemsiz bulunmuştur. Cinsiyet etkisi; karkas ağırlığı (P<0.05), AYA ve AYO (P<0.01), ve but ağırlığı (P<0.05) üzerinde önemli bulunurken, diğer karkas özellikleri üzerinde önemsiz bulunmuştur. KYT bakımından erkekler daha yüksek (P<0.05) ortalama değer gösterirken, YDS bakımından erkek ve dişiler arasındaki fark önemsiz bulunmuştur. CA ve CAA bakımından ise erken dönemlerde (1-10, 11-29. gün) erkekler daha yüksek (P<0.05) bulunmuşlarsa da kesim yaşında bu farklılık önemini yitirmiştir.

Comparison of Lighting Programs Widely Used in Broiler Production With Respect To Performance and Some Carcass Properties

Öz

In this research, the effects of 4 different lighting programs (LP) which are widely used in the broiler production on performance and some carcass parts weights and ratios have been studied. LP are applied as first (1-2 day: 20 lux, 23 h; 3-42 day, 5 lux, 23 h), second (1-3 day: 20 lux, 23 h; 4- 10 day: 5 lux, 8 h; 11-15 day: 5 lux 12 h; 16-21 day: 5 lux 8 h; 22-35 day: 5 lux, 18 h; 36-42 day: 5 lux, 23 h ), 3th ( 1-3 day: 20 lux, 23 h; 4-42 day: 5 lux, 16 h ) and 4th (1-3 day 20 lux, 23 h; 4-10 day: 20 lux, 18 h; 11-15 day: 5 lux, 8 h; 16-21 day: 5 lux, 12 h; 22-28 day: 5 lux, 16 h; 29-42 day: 5 lux, 18 h ) programs. In the experiment, as each of 4 LP in one compartment, four replicate of each sex and each replicate having 30 birds, totally 960 chick (Ross 308) were used. As to the results obtained; live weight (LW) at slaugh-tering age were not effected significantly by LP. For Live weight gain (LWG), between 1-10th and 11-29th days, the differences between 4th LP group and the others were found significant (P<0.05). However, these significant differences have not been consistent at slaughtering age. More over, similar results have been obtained for the cumulative feed consumption (CFC), as well, and CFC of the 4th LP realized significant differences (P<0.01) from the others. The feed conversion ratio (FCR) considering the CFC at slaughtering age were not affected by LP. Livability was also not affected by the treatments. While LP have effected significantly on carcass weight (P<0.05), abdominal fat weight (AFW) and ratio (AFR, %) (P<0.01), wing weight and ratio (%) (P<0.05), breast weight and ratio (%) properties, the other carcas traits have not been effected significantly. With the 2nd LP lower breast weight and ratio (%) have been deter-mined as to the other LP groups. Similar situation have been shown by thigh properties and with 2nd LP groups, lower (P<0.05) thigh weight were obtained, but % thigh were not significantly effected by LP. Sex effects on carcass weight (P<0.05), AFW and AFR (P<0.01), and thigh weight (P<0.05) properties were found significant, but the other carcass traits have not been effected significantly. Although, male cicks have higher FCR than females, the difference for FCR between sex was not significant. LW and LWG of males in early period (1-10; 11-29 days) were higher (P<0.05) than females, but at slaughtering age these differences lost their significance.
