Niğde-Misli Ovası Topraklarının Faydalı Su Kapasiteleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Niğde-Misli Ovası topraklarının faydalı su kapasitelerini tespit ederek ekonomik bir sulama yapabilmek için gerekli verileri elde etmektir. Söz konusu saha Türkiye'nin başlıca patates üretim merkezlerinden biridir ve asin sulama sebebiyle sulama giderlerinin çok yüksel olduğu gözlenmektedir. Toprakların farklı basınçlarda tuttukları nem değerleri tayin edilip buradan faydalı su kapasitesi ve gözenek dağılımı hesapla bulunmuştur Topraklar kaba bünyeli, organik maddece fakir, faydalı su kapasiteler düşük topraklardır, Yörede patates İçin tespit edilen 10 cm kök derinliğinde faydalı su kapasitesi farklı profillerde 22.1 mm de 62.2 mm arasında değişip ortalama 39.3 mm'dir, Bu değerler düşük olup sık aralıklarla sulama yapılmasını gerektirmekte, bu ise maliyeti artırmaktadır.

A Research on the Useful Water Capacities of Niğde-Misli Plain Soils

Öz

In order to obtain the necessary data for economical irrigation of the soil of Nigde-Misl! This study was carried out to achieve this level by determining the useful water capacity. This plain is one of the most excellent potato producing areas of the Türkel, where it is observed that the irrigation costs are very high due to over-irrigation. After determining the soil moisture at different suction tensions, the useful water capacity and pore displacement were calculated. The soils are rich in organic matter, have a coarse texture and low water capacity. It was found that the useful water capacities in the 40 cm root sections with different soil profiles are between 22.1 mm and 62.2 mm, on average 39.3 mm. These values are very low and increase the cost of irrigation
