The study was conducted to determine population development and infestation rates of codling moth (Cydia pomonella (L.) (Lep.: Tortricidae) in Selçuklu, Meram and Karatay districts in Konya Province. During 2017-2018, two apple orchards were selected from each district. Pheromone traps were used to monitor adult population development and infestation rates by counting weekly infested and not-infested apple fruits after fruit set stage of tree. Study results revealed that, in all districts, adult population peaks were observed four and three times in 2017 and 2018 in each year, respectively. It was determined that, codling moth might produce two-three generation depending on years and climate conditions, in Konya province.. Flight period of codling moth adults, in orchards, started in thr second week of May and lasted at the end of October. Infestation rates were calculated for 2017 and 2018 in Selcuklu district 10.5% and 16.45%, in Meram district 21.3% and 30.15%; and in Karatay district 20.5% and 33.9%, respectively
