ÖRGÜTSEL ÖĞRENME BAĞLAMINDA PSİKOLOJİK RAHATLIK

Öz

Bu
çalışmanın amacı örgütsel öğrenme sürecinde psikolojik rahatlık algısının
önemini alanyazın taramasına göre ortaya koymaktır. Sürdürülebilir rekabet
avantajı sağlamak isteyen örgütler için örgütsel öğrenmenin olumlu etkisi her
geçen gün daha fazla hissedilmektedir. Nitelikli kişilerarası ilişkilerin
sonucunda etkileşim artabilir. Çalışmalar örgütlerde liderlik davranışlarıyla
oluşan yoğun etkileşimin örgütsel öğrenmeyi sağlayarak yenilikçi davranışlar
yoluyla sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajını sağlayabileceğini göstermektedir.
Çalışmada öncelikle psikolojik rahatlık algısının dayandığı Hirschman’ın
kaçma-konuşma-sadakat kuramı daha sonra Blau’nun sosyal mübadele kuramı ve
Graen ve Uhl-Bien’in lider-üye etkileşim kuramı çerçevesinde psikolojik
rahatlık algısının örgütsel öğrenme davranışını arttırabileceği açıklanmaya
çalışılmıştır.
