Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı çalışanların duygusal emek davranışlarının iyi oluş hallerine etkisini incelemektir. Hipotez içeren açıklayıcı çalışmada hizmet sektöründeki 233 işgören üzerinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Bulgulara göre yüzeysel rol yapmanın ve samimi davranışın hem yaşamsal iyi oluşu hem de psikolojik iyi oluşu pozitif yönde ve anlamlı olarak etkilediği; derinden rol yapmanın ise yaşamsal iyi oluşu ve psikolojik iyi oluşu anlamlı olarak etkilemediği ortaya çıkmıştır. Yine sadece samimi davranışın işle ilgili iyi oluşu pozitif yönde ve anlamlı olarak etkilediği; yüzeysel ve derinden rol yapmanın işle ilgili iyi oluşa etkisinin anlamlı olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonuçta, ilerleyen çalışmalar için öneriler getirilmiştir.
