The study examines the mediating role of supply chain transparency in the impact of blockchain (BZ) and Internet of Things (IoT) usage on business performance indicators. It also examines the impact of the use of the IoT and blockchain on SCT and the impact of SCT on the performance indicators of businesses. The research data were collected from 29 associations affiliated with the Federation of Turkish Food and Beverage Industry Associations and from 392 managers in the food and beverage sector businesses that are members of these associations. Data were tested with SPSS 20 and SmartPLS 3 programs. As a result, it has been determined that using blockchain and IoT technologies affects SCT and performance indicators of businesses with the mediation effect of SCT.
