Öz

Regional economic integration, which is one of the important efforts to achieve free international trade, can help goods and services flows to move freely in integrating economies and can enlarge free trade opportunities by removing trade barriers. In today’s world, various types of integrations exist. These integrations are formed due to both economic and political realities and expectations. Given these realities of the globalized world, the integration among Turkic speaking countries that share common history, culture and language has become more attractive. The cultural and geographical proximity of these countries is one of the most important reasons to form a possible integration. However, possible common economic and social benefits of these integrations increase the importance of integration efforts.

Küreselleşme Sürecinde Bölgesel Entegrasyonlar ve Türk Dili Konuşan Ülkeler Açısından Bir Değerlendirme

Öz

Uluslararası ticareti serbestleştirme çabalarından biri olan bölgesel ekonomik entegrasyonlar, bütünleşmeye giden ekonomilerde mal ve hizmet akımlarına serbesti sağlayıp, ticarete engel olan kısıtlamaları kaldırarak serbest ticareti genişletmeye imkân sağlamaktadır. Günümüz dünyasında çok sayıda entegrasyon çeşidi yer almaktadır. Bu entegrasyonlar ekonomik gerçeklerin ve beklentilerin yanı sıra politik gerçeklerle ve beklentilerle oluşturulmaktadır. Küresel dünyanın bu gerçekleri veri iken, ortak bir tarihi ve kültürü paylaşan Türk dili konuşan ülkelerin olası entegrasyonu bu noktada ilgi çekici hale gelmektedir. Bu ülkelerin kültürel ve coğrafi yönden yakınlığı, olası entegrasyonun en önemli gerekçelerinden biridir. Ortak ekonomik ve sosyal faydalar da bu entegrasyon çabalarının önemini artırmaktadır.
