“SÜPER AKILLI” TOPLUMDA SOSYAL HİZMET: TOPLUM 5.0 PARADİGMASININ GETİRDİKLERİ

Öz

Bu makale, "süper akıllı toplum" vizyonu olarak tanımlanan Toplum 5.0 paradigmasının sosyal hizmet meslek ve disiplinine etkilerini incelemektedir. Toplum 5.0 vizyonu, teknolojiyi yalnızca ekonomik büyümeye hizmet eden bir araç olarak görmekten ziyade, insan odaklı yaklaşımla toplumsal sorunlara yenilikçi ve sürdürülebilir çözümler sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu anlamda çalışma, Toplum 5.0'ın insan refahı, sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleri ve dijital dönüşüm çerçevesinde sosyal hizmetin rolünü yeniden tanımlamasına odaklanmaktadır.
Ulusal ve uluslararası alanyazın taraması yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen bu incelemede, Toplum 5.0'ın sunduğu fırsatlar, sosyal hizmet uygulamalarına etkileri, beraberinde getirdiği zorluklar ve riskler analiz edilmiştir. Teknolojinin insan merkezli hizmet anlayışıyla entegrasyonu, büyük veri ve yapay zekâ destekli uygulamaların sosyal hizmet uygulamalarına etkileri ele alınmıştır. Çalışma, sosyal hizmetin Toplum 5.0 ilkeleri ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleriyle uyumlu şekilde dönüşüm potansiyeline vurgu yapmaktadır. Gelecek vizyonu olarak Toplum 5.0’ın teknolojilerin sorumlu ve etik kullanımı, dinamik verilere erişim hızının artırılması, insan-robot etkileşiminin sınırları, çevrimiçi güvenlik gibi konu odakları nedeniyle ilerleyen zamanlarda daha sık tartışılacak bir konu olacağı düşünülmektedir.

Social Work in a “Super Smart” Society: The Implications of the Society 5.0 Paradigm

Öz

This article examines the impact of the Society 5.0 paradigm, defined as the vision of a “super smart society,” on the social work profession and discipline. The Society 5.0 vision aims to offer innovative and sustainable solutions to social issues with a human-centered approach, rather than viewing technology merely as a tool for economic growth. In this context, the study focuses on how Society 5.0 redefines the role of social work within the framework of human well-being, sustainable development goals, and digital transformation.
This review, conducted through a national and international literature analysis, explores the opportunities presented by Society 5.0, its effects on social work practices, and the challenges and risks it brings. The integration of technology with human-centered service delivery, as well as the impact of big data and artificial intelligence-supported applications on social work practices, are discussed. The study highlights the transformation potential of social work in alignment with the principles of Society 5.0 and sustainable development goals. As a future-oriented vision, Society 5.0 is expected to become an increasingly debated topic due to its focus on the responsible and ethical use of technology, enhanced access to dynamic data, the boundaries of human-robot interaction, and online security issues.
