Öz

Anne sütü;  içerdiği
vitamin, mineral, protein, karbonhidrat ve lipitlerin miktarı, özellikle
biyoyararlanımının üstünlüğü ile bebeklerin tüm gereksinimlerini ilk altı ay
tek başına karşılayabilen mucizevi bir besindir. Anne sütünün bebeklere taze olarak
verilmesi önerilmektedir. Ancak bazı durumlarda saklanmış anne sütü vermekte
gerekebilmektedir. Anne sütünün uygun saklanması, dondurulması ve çözdürülmesi sütün
besleyicilik ve immünolojik özelliklerinin korunabilmesi için önemli bir
konudur. Bu derlemenin amacı anne sütünün depolanması, dondurulması ve
çözdürülmesinin anne sütüne etkilerini, konuya dair güncel literatür doğrultusunda
incelemek ve öneriler sunmaktır.
