Annelerin Erken Postpartum Dönemdeki Eş Desteği Algısının Postpartum Stres Üzerine Etkisi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmada; annelerin erken postpartum dönemdeki eş desteği algısının postpartum stres üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Yöntem: Bu çalışma kesitsel ve analitik tiptedir. Çalışmanın verileri postpartum erken dönemde olan 389 anneden online olarak toplanılmıştır. Veriler; tanıtıcı bilgi formu, Erken Lohusalık Sürecinde Kadınların Algıladığı Eş Desteği Ölçeği ve Doğum Sonu Stres Etkenleri Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler (sayı, yüzde, toplam puan) ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır.
Bulgular: Annelerin algıladığı eş desteği puanının artmasının, postpartum stres düzeyini azaltmada etkisinin olduğu saptanmıştır (β=-0,093, p=0,049). Annenin gelir getiren bir işte çalışma durumunun (β=-2,330, p=0,000), gelirini gidere denk (β=-1,975, p=0,014) ve gelirini giderden fazla algılamasının (β=-1,998, p=0,030) postpartum stres üzerinde azaltıcı etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Annelerin; eşlerinin eğitim düzeyinin lisans ve üstü olması (β=2,611, p=0,036), üç ve daha fazla sayıda çocuğunun olması (β=0,092, p=0,046) ve il merkezinde yaşamaları (β=2,653, p=0,033) postpartum stresi artırdığı bulunmuştur.
Sonuç: Annelerin erken pospartum dönemde eş desteği algısı arttıkça postpartum stresi azalmaktadır. Bazı sosyo-demografik ve obstetrik faktörler, annenin postpartum stresini artırmaktadır.
