Selçuk Üniversitesi Alâeddin Keykubat Kampüsü’nde Yayılış Gösteren Bazı Bitkilerin Polen Morfolojileri

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Selçuk Üniversitesi Alâeddin Keykubat Kampüsü ve çevresinde yayılış gösteren 13 familyaya ait 26 cinsin (27 takson) polen morfolojilerini ışık mikroskobu ile belirlemektir. Araştırılan taksonların polenleri, 16,54-77,2 µm arasında polar eksene, 16,10-73,9 µm arasında ise ekvatoral eksene sahiptirler. En büyük polenlere Scabiosa argentea, en küçüklerine ise Bupleurum rotundifolium türünde rastlanmıştır. Araştırılan taksonların polen şekilleri genellikle prolat-sferoidal iken, subprolat ve prolat şeklinde polenlere de rastlanmıştır. Fumaria, Diplotaxis ve Echinophora cinslerinde ise sırasıyla sadece suboblat, oblat-sferoidal ve perprolat polen şekli tespit edilmiştir. Apertür tipi olarak çalışılan polenlerde genellikle trikolpat veya trikolporat tip belirlenirken, ekzin de ise genellikle retikulat ekzin skülptürü gözlemlenmiştir. Taksonların ekzin ve intin kalınlıkları sırasıyla 0,7-6,1 µm; 0,4-1,9 µm arasında değişmektedir.

Pollen Morphology of Some Taxa Distributed in Alâeddin Keykubat Campus of Selcuk University

Öz

The aim of the present study is to investigate pollen morphology of 27 taxa (25 genera) which belong to 13 families distributed in Alâeddin Keykubat Campus of Selçuk University and its surrounding. Pollen of studied taxa have between 16.54-77.2 µm in polar axis and 16.10-73.9 µm in equatorial axis. The biggest pollen was found in Scabiosa argentea and the smallest one was found in Bupleurum rotundifolium. Pollen shapes of studied taxa are generally prolate-spheroidal but also they were found in subprolate and prolate shape. In Fumaria, Diplotaxis and Echinophora genera only suboblate, oblate-spheroidal and perprolate pollen shape were identified. Aperture type was usually tricolpate or tricolporate in studied pollen taxa, it was generally observed reticulate ornamentation in exine sculpturing. Exine thickness and intine thickness were varied between 0.7-6.1 µm, 0.4-1.9 µm, respectively

Selçuk Üniversitesi Fen Fakültesi Fen Dergisi temel bilimlerde ve diğer uygulamalı bilimlerde özgün sonuçları olan Türkçe ve İngilizce makaleleri kabul eder. Dergide ayrıca güncel yenilikleri içeren derlemelere de yer verilebilir.
Selçuk Üniversitesi Fen Fakültesi Fen Dergisi;
İlk olarak 1981 yılında S.Ü. Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi Dergisi olarak yayın hayatına başlamış; 1984 yılına kadar (Sayı 1-4) bu adla yayınlanmıştır.
1984 yılında S.Ü. Fen-Edeb. Fak. Fen Dergisi olarak adı değiştirilmiş 5. sayıdan itibaren bu isimle yayınlanmıştır.
3 Aralık 2008 tarih ve 27073 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan 2008/4344 sayılı Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı ile Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi; Fen Fakültesi ve Edebiyat Fakültesi olarak ayrılınca 2009 yılından itibaren dergi Fen Fakültesi Fen Dergisi olarak çıkmıştır.
2016 yılından itibaren DergiPark’ta taranmaktadır.
