TRIPLE SYSTEM Ge-Sm-Te

Öz

By methods of physical-chemical analysis the surface projection of liquidus of triplesystem Ge-Sm-Te was plotted on base of investigated internal sections: GeTe-Sm2Se3, SmTe-Sm5Ge3,GeTe-SmTe, Ge080Te020- Sm080Te020, Ge080Te026- Sm5Ge2Te7. The peritectic compound Sm5Ge2Te7 wasfound in triple system. Crystallization fields of phases were determined, and coordinates of non-variant points, as well as the reaction, which proceeds in triple system Ge-Sm-Te, was defined.
