KAMU VE ÖZEL SEKTÖR MATBAA İŞLETMELERİNDE ÇALIŞANLARIN İÇSEL MOTİVASYON DÜZEYLERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Öz

Bu çalışma; kamu ve özel sektör işletmelerinde çalışanların içsel motivasyon düzeylerini araştırmak ve karşılaştırmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmada motivasyon özelliklerinin belirlenmesi için bu alanla ilgili olan normların neler olduğunu literatür taramasıve uzman görüşleri alınarak belirlenmiştir. İşgörenlerin, içsel motivasyon düzeylerine ilişkin verilerin toplanmasında anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Anket formu, çalışanların demografik özellikleri ve içsel motivasyonlarıolmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler, SPSS.11 istatistik paket programıile analiz edilmiştir. Veriler tanımlayıcıve çıkarımsal istatistik açısından ele alınmıştır. Bu nedenle, demografik soruların cevaplarıfrekans dağılım tablolarıyardımıyla değerlendirilmiştir. İşletmelerin motivasyon değişkeni açısından karşılaştırılmasında ise, tek yönlü Anova’dan yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada, kamu sektöründe faaliyet gösteren matbaa işletmesi işgören motivasyonunun, özel sektörde faaliyet gösteren matbaa işletmesi işgören motivasyonundan daha yüksek olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Öz

This study aims to investigate and compare the intrinsic motivation levels of the employees working for governmental institutes and private sector. In order to identify the motivational features and to pinpoint what the norms of this filed include, expert comments have been taken and necessary review of literature is fulfilled. The process of collecting data from the recruits on their motivation level has been carried out through questionnaire technique. The questionnaire used comprises two sections: demographic features and instinctive motivation of the recruits. The data obtained in the study has been analyzed by the statistic program SPSS.11. The data has been discussed as descriptive and interpretive statistic. It is because the answers of the demographic questions have been evaluated by the help of frequency distribution charts. In the comparison of the motivational variations of the institutions, unidirectional Anova is utilized. In the research, the motivations of the recruits working for governmental institutes are higher than those who work for private sector
