A GRUBU SEYAHAT ACENTALARINDA ÇALIŞANLARIN ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIKLARINI ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLERİN BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA: ADANA İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Öz

İnsan kaynaklarının önemini kavrayan işletmeler, amaçlarınıetkin ve verimli bir şekilde gerçekleştirebilmek ve artan rekabet koşullarıyla başa çıkabilmek için mevcut çalışanlarınıörgüte bağlamak istemektedirler. Bu araştırmanın amacı; A grubu seyahat acentalarındaki çalışanların demografik özellikleri ile örgütsel bağlılıklarıarasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Adana ilinde faaliyet gösteren A grubu seyahat acentalarında çalışanlara üç boyutlu örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği uygulanmıştır. A grubu seyahat acentalarındaki çalışanlar ile yüz yüze görüşme yoluyla gerçekleştirilen anket çalışmasısonucunda, örneklem kapsamındaki acenta çalışanlarının duygusal ve normatif bağlılıklarının, yaş, medeni durum, gelirdüzeyi, bulunduklarıacentadaki ve pozisyondaki toplam çalışma sürelerine göre farklılık göstermediği ortaya çıkmıştır. Ancak çalışanların, duygusal bağlılıklarının cinsiyet ve eğitim düzeylerine, devam bağlılıklarının ise cinsiyet hariç diğer tüm değişkenlere göre anlamlıbir farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.

Öz

In order to achieve the organizational purposes in an efficient and effective way and to cope with the increasing competition conditions the companies, that grasp the importance of human resources, are willing to bind their current employees to the organization. The purpose of this research is to determine the correlation between demographic characteristics and the organizational commitment of Group A Travel Agencies’ employees. Towards this purpose, three dimensional organizational commitment scale was implemented to the employees of the Group A Travel Agencies in the city of Adana. In the field study that was conducted with the employees of Group A Travel Agencies through face to face interviews, it is concluded that the affective and normative loyalty of the agency employees in the sample group show no difference depending on their age, marital status, income level and total working periods in the agency and position. However, it is determined that the mentioned agency employees' affective commitment show significant difference depending on their gender and education level whereas their continuance commitment show significant difference depending on all variables except the gender
