Türkiye Döküm Sektöründe Kaynak Bağımlılığı ve Çevresel Cömertlik Ölçütlerinin Keşif Amaçlı Yeniden Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışma, Türk döküm sektöründe Kaynak Bağımlılığı (RD) ve Çevresel Cömertlik (EM) ölçümlerini yeniden değerlendirmekte; bu ölçümlerin performansını ve seçilmiş RD boyutları ile algılanan EM boyutları arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektedir. Yöntem: 82 dökümhanedeki 150 yöneticiden elde edilen anket verileri; MSA, ortak varyans, keşfedici faktör analizi ve PLS-SEM temelli ölçüm analizleriyle değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: EM, Altyapısal ve Mekânsal, Sosyoekonomik ve Sektörel Cömertlik boyutlarında kabul edilebilir güvenilirlik ve geçerliliğe sahip, kararlı ve yorumlanabilir bir yapı göstermiştir. RD’nin özgün çok boyutlu yapısı ise doğrulanamamıştır. RD boyutlarının çoğu zayıf performans sergilemiş; yalnızca Stratejik Bağımlılık ölçüm kriterlerini karşılamıştır. Bu nedenle yapısal bulgular dikkatle yorumlanmalıdır. Stratejik Bağımlılık, Altyapısal ve Mekânsal ile Sektörel Cömertlikle pozitif; Sosyoekonomik Cömertlikle ise ilişkisizdir. Sonuç: Bulgular, özgün RD ölçümünü tam olarak doğrulamamakta; örgütsel ölçümlerin sektörler ve ülkeler arasında değişebileceğini göstermektedir. EM, Türk döküm sektöründe RD’ye göre daha bağlamsal olarak kararlı görünmekte ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerdeki imalat araştırmalarında bağlama duyarlı ölçüm değerlendirmesini desteklemektedir.

An Exploratory Reassessment of Resource Dependence and Environmental Munificence Measures in the Turkish Foundry Sector

Öz

Purpose: This study reassesses Resource Dependence (RD) and Environmental Munificence (EM) measures in the Turkish foundry sector, examining their performance and relationships between selected RD and perceived EM dimensions. Methodology: Survey data from 150 managers in 82 foundries underwent MSA, communality, exploratory factor, and PLS-SEM measurement analyses. Findings: EM showed a stable, interpretable structure with acceptable reliability and validity across Infrastructure and Spatial, Socioeconomic, and Sectoral Munificence. The original multidimensional RD structure was not replicated. Most RD dimensions performed weakly; only Strategic Dependency met measurement criteria. Accordingly, structural results require caution. Strategic Dependency was positively associated with Infrastructure and Spatial and Sectoral Munificence, but not with Socioeconomic Munificence. Conclusion: The results do not fully validate the original RD measure; instead, they show that organizational measures may vary across sectors and countries. EM appears more contextually stable than RD in the Turkish foundry sector, supporting context-sensitive measurement assessment in developing-country manufacturing.
