Migration is one of the strongest factors that affect the individuals' lives throughout the history. Individuals migrate to have better life conditions and to reach higher economical wealth levels. The most important factor that affects the access of individuals' lives and their feelings of new habitats is the entegration with urban both economically and sociall. It is unavoidable for democratic regimes to provide the operations and activities of administrators on righteousness. This righteousness will be provided by political participation. With the political participation, citizens will have the chance to decide the services and the prominance of those services and orient those services and activities. The purpose of our study is both to measure the state of economical-social entegration to urban of the people migrated to Konya and their attitude towards the political participation.

GÖÇ EDENLERİN KENTSEL BÜTÜNLEŞME VE SİYASAL KATILMA DURUMLARINA YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA: KONYA ÖRNEĞİ

Öz

Göç, tarih boyunca bireylerin hayatlarına etki eden en önemli olgulardan biridir. Bireyler daha iyi hayat şartlarına sahip olmak, daha yüksek ekonomik refah seviyesine ulaşmak için göç ederler. Bireylerin bu amaçlarına ulaşmaları ve gittikleri yerde kendilerini mutlu hissetmelerini etkileyen en önemli faktör ise gerek ekonomik gerekse sosyal alanlarda kentle bütünleşmeleridir. Yönetim birimlerinin uygulayacakları faaliyetler ya da yürütülen etkinliklerin meşruluk temelinde sunulması demokratik rejimler için kaçınılmazdır. Bu meşruluğu sağlayacak olan ise katılma yani siyasal katılmadır. Yurttaşlar, siyasal katılma sayesinde sunulacak hizmetleri ve bu hizmetlerin önceliklerini belirleme, bu hizmet ve etkinliklere yön verme şansına sahip olacaklardır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın temel amacı; Konya’ya göç etmiş bireylerin ekonomik ve sosyal alanlarda kentle bütünleşme durumları ve siyasal katılma karşısındaki tutumlarının analiz edilmesidir.
