This study was conducted to determine the population development of the tomato leafminer, Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae), and its parasitoid, Bracon (Habrobracon) didemie (Beyarslan) (Hymenoptera: Braconidae), in greenhouses in Adana province (Yüreğir and Karataş districts). Surveys were carried out periodically during the 2024 spring, 2024 autumn, and 2025 spring seasons. While Tuta absoluta was detected in all seasons, its population density peaked particularly in late spring 2025 with 2.71 larvae per leaf. The population of the parasitoid B. (H.) didemie increased in the spring depending on host density and reached its seasonal peak at the end of the 2024 spring season with a total of 29 individuals in the sampled greenhouses. Statistically significant positive correlation was detected between pest and parasitoid populations in the spring season, whereas no significant relationship was found in autumn. The results indicate that B. (H.) didemie occurs naturally in the regional, but its population fluctuates depending on seasonal effects.
