Entomopatojen Fusarium subglutinans ’ın bakla yaprakbiti, Aphis fabae Scopoli (Hemiptera: Aphididae) üzerine etkisi

Bu çalışmada pamuk yaprakbitinden izole edilen entomopatojen fungus Fusarium subglutinansın iklim odası koşullarında yetiştirilen bakla bitkisi üzerindeki Aphis fabae Scop. (Hemiptera: Aphididae)ye karşı biyolojik etkinliği belirlenmiştir. İzolatlara ait 1X10^6, 1X10^7 ve 1X10^8 konidiospor/ml konsantrasyonları hazırlanmış ve yaprak bitlerine uygulanmıştır. Bitkilerden yaprak örnekleri alınarak 7., 10., 12., 14. günlerde sayımlar yapılmış, canlı ve ölü yaprak bitleri kaydedilmiştir. F. subglutinas’a ait iki izolatın üç farklı konsantrasyonuyla 25 0 C’de yapılan biyolojik etkinlik denemesinde yaprak biti oranı açısından önemli farklılıklar saptanmıştır. En yüksek yaprak biti ölüm oranı 1X10^6 konidiospor/ml konsantrasyonunda elde edilmiştir. 1X10^7 ve 1X10^8 konidiospor/ml konsantrasyonları ile yapılan uygulamalarda yaprak biti ölümlerinde fark bulunmamıştır. Bu iki izolat ile yapılan iklim odası koşullarındaki denemede yapılan sayımlarda, uygulamadan 2 hafta sonra yaprak biti popülasyonunun baskı altına alındığı belirlenmiştir.

Efficiency of entomopathogenic fungus Fusarium subglutinans against Aphis fabae Scopoli(Hemiptera: Aphididae)

Öz

In this study, biological effciency of entomopathogenic fungus Fusarium subglutinans isolated from cotton aphid was evaluated against Aphis fabae Scop. (Hemiptera: Aphididae) on bean in climate chamber. Three concentrations of each isolates (1X10^6,1X10^7,1X10^8 conidiaspore/ml) were applied to aphids . Live and dead aphids were recorded from leaf samples in 7th, 10th, 12th, 14th days . Application of three different concentrations of two isolates of F. subglutinans resulted in significant differences in aphid mortality at 25 0 C. The highest mortality rate was calculated for 1X10^6 spore/ml. There were no differences in mortality rate between 1X10^7 and 1X10^8 spore/ml concentration. In climate chamber experiment with these two isolates, aphid population was controlled 2 weeks later after application
