Yalova da (Türkiye) Kestane gal arısı, Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu (Hymenoptera: Cynipidae) nin doğal düşman faunası hakkında ilk kayıtlar

Bu çalışma Mayıs-Haziran, 2014 tarihleri arasında Kestane gal arısı (Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu (Hymenoptera: Cynipidae)nın Yalova, Türkiye de doğal düşman faunası araştırılmıştır. Kestane gal arısının oluşturduğu 1154 gal örneği Güneyköy, Kurtköy. Gacık and Çukurköy, Yalova'dan elde edilmiştir. Gacık köyünden toplanan
gallerin 15'i mikroskopta incelenmiş, parazitoit arıların çıkış delikleri sayılmış ve disekte edilen gallerdeki larvalar incelenerek sayılmış ve parazitoitlerin oranları belirlenmiştir. Bu gallerin içinde iki adet yaprak gal kompleksindeki bazı gallerde birden fazla (2-3) larvanın bulunduğu ve bunlardan sadece birinin pupa olduğu diğerinin yenildiği, süperparasitizm benzeri, tespit edilmiştir. Diğer galler plastik torbalara konularak oda koşullarında (25-30 oC ve % 50-60 nisbi nem) muhafaza edilmiş, gallerden elde edilen erginler sayılmış, % 96'lık etil alkol içinde öldürülmüş ve teşhis çalışmalarında kullanılmak için tüp içinde saklanmıştır. Yalova, Türkiye'de Kestane gal arısı gallerinden Mesopolobus dubius (Walker), M. tibialis (Westwood), Cecidostiba fungosa (Geoffroy) (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae), Ormyrus pomaceus (Geoffroy) (Hymenoptera: Ormyridae), Torymus flavipes (Walker), Torymus ramicola Ruschka, Bootanomyia mehmeti Doğanlar (Hymenoptera: Torymidae), Eupelmus uruzonusDalman (Hymenoptera: Eupelmidae), Pediobius sp.,ve Pinigalio sp. (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) ergini elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen toplam parazitoit erginlerin (218) % 61'ini M. dubius, % 12.84'ünü O. pomaceus, % 11.92 E. urozonus (hyperparazitoit), % 4.60'ını M. tibialis, ile C. fungosa, % 2.30'ünü E. adleria oluşturmuş, diğer parazitoitlerin oranı % 1civarında kalmıştır. Diğer taraftan elde edilen toplam erginlerin (5328) % 95.9 Kestane gal arısı (D. kuriphilus), % 2.50'sini M. dubius oluştururken diğer parazitoitlerin oranı % 1.00'in altında kalmıştır.

First reports on the natural enemy fauna of the Chesnut Gall wasp, Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu (Hymenoptera: Cynipidae) in Yalova Turkey

In this study, conducted from May to June, 2014, the natural enemy fauna of the Chesnut Gall-wasp, Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu (Hymenoptera: Cynipidae) in Yalova, Turkey was investigated. In total, 1,154 galls of Chesnut Gall-wasp were obtained from Güneyköy, Kurtköy. Gacık and Çukurköy villages of Yalova. On fifteen of the galls taken from the Gacık samples, the exit holes of parasitoids were counted and the galls were dissected, and the level of parasitism was obtained. In two of the gall complexes, more than one larva (two or three larvae) were observed in some galls, of which only one of had pupated and the other was consumed super parasitism. The other galls were kept in plastic and fine cheesecloth bags under room conditions (25-300 C and 50-60% relative humidity), and the adults that emerged from the galls were counted and preserved in 96% ethanol for identification. From the galls of Chestnut Gall-wasp, Mesopolobus dubius (Walker), M. tibialis (Westwood), Cecidostiba fungosa (Geoffroy) (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae); Ormyrus pomaceus (Geoffroy) (Hymenoptera: Ormyridae), Torymus flavipes (Walker), Torymus ramicola Ruschka, Bootanomyia mehmeti Doğanlar (Hymenoptera: Torymidae); Eupelmus uruzonus Dalman (Hymenoptera: Eupelmidae);and Pediobius sp. and Pinigalio sp. (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae), were recorded for the first time in Yalova,Turkey as parasitoids or associates of the Chesnut Gall-wasp. The ratios of parasitoids in the total number of the parasitoid adults reared from the galls (218) were: 61% M. dubius; 12.84% O. pomaceus; 11.92% E. urozonus (hyperparasitoid); 4.60% M. tibialis and C. fungosa; 2.30% E. adleria;and the ratios of the other parasitoids were about 1%. Of the total number of the adults reared from the galls (5,328), 95.9% were Chestnut Gall-wasp, D. kuriphilus, 2.50% were M. dubius, and the ratios of the other parasitoids were less than 1.00%.
