Son metodlara göre yemlerin kuru madde analizleri

Öz

Bu derlemede, gıda ve yemlerin son metodlara göre nem
veya kuru madde (KM) analizlerinin amaç, prensip, prosedür ve güvenlik
önlemleri hakkında önemli bilgiler verilmektedir. Son yıllarda araştırma
makalelerinin “Materyal ve Metod” bölümlerinde prosedürler ayrıntılı olarak
istenmekte, “Literatürler” bölümlerinde ise literatür metninde metod
numaralarının da yazılması önerilmektedir. Bu derleme ile ülkemizdeki
analistler için standart oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır.
