Öz
In this study, we have investigated the structure of the Bursa Textile Sector, with respect to the stages of production involved, using concentration and pmductivity measures. The stages of production with the highest concentration ratio are fibers and threat, and ready-made garments, respectively. In terms of all the productivity measures, the production stage which has the highest productivity, which also uses capital intensive technology and, which is, thereby, the most dynamic of all, is fibers and thread. On the other hand, in terms of per capital pmductivity, the production stage Textile 4, which is defined as establishments with 19 or more loom and which used capital intensive techniques, comes fist and constitutes an important production stage for the Bursa Textile Sector.
