Öz

The diversity of the cultural structure of the Islamic society has formed the basis of different issues and intellectual debates throughout the historical process. Eser-re'y separation continues to be up-to-date as an ongoing debate. It is known that in the fierce debates between the people of hadith and the people of ra'y, the theologians and Hanafis constitute the opinion side, and the hadith scholars and the other three sects form the work side. Over time, these conflicts have led to sectarian bigotry and dire scenes. It is possible to see this situation in the works written by the representatives and supporters of the sect in the early and later periods.
Yusuf Acar's study titled "Bukhari-Shafii Relationship in the Eser-Ra'y Separation" includes the identification and evaluation of Bukhari's views opposing Imam Shafii. Acar tried to explain, based on scientific data, that the understanding that Bukhari is on the same side as Shafii does not reflect the truth. In the introduction of the book, it is stated that the claims will be examined by examining al-Câmiu'l-musned in the context of Bukhari's opposing views on Shafii in the context of Eser-Ra'y. In the first part of the two-part work; The historical background of the works-ra'y debates, the situations of Shafi'i and Bukhari, and some considerations on hadith-sunnah have been tried to be explained. In the second chapter, the issues on which Bukhari opposed Shafii were evaluated and the relationship between them was tried to be revealed.

İslam toplumunun kültürel yapısının farklılığı, tarihi süreçte farklı konuların ve fikri tartışmaların zeminini oluşturmuştur. Eser-re’y ayrışması, süregelen bir tartışma olarak güncelliğini korumaya devam etmektedir. Ehl-i hadis ve ehl-i re’y arasındaki şiddetli tartışmaların re’y tarafını kelamcılar ile Hanefilerin, eser tarafını ise hadisçiler ile diğer üç mezhebin oluşturduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çekişmeler zaman zaman mezhepsel taassuba ve vahim tabloların oluşmasına sebebiyet vermiştir. Bu durumu, ilk dönemlerde ve sonraki süreçlerde mezhep temsilcileri ve taraftarlarınca yazılan eserlerde görebilmek mümkündür.
Yusuf Acar’a ait “Eser-Re’y Ayrışmasında Buhârî-Şâfiî İlişkisi” adlı çalışmada Buhârî’nin İmam Şâfiî’ye muhalefet ettiği görüşlerin tespit ve değerlendirmesi yapılmaktadır. Acar, Buhârî’nin Şâfiî ile aynı tarafta olduğu anlayışının doğruyu yansıtmadığını ilmi verilerden hareketle izaha çalışmıştır. Kitabın giriş kısmında eser-re’y bağlamında Buhârî’nin Şâfiî’ye olan muhalif görüşleri bağlamında el-Câmiu’l-müsned’in incelenmesiyle iddiaların irdeleneceği ifade edilmiştir. İki bölümlük eserin birinci bölümünde; eser-re’y tartışmalarının tarihi alt yapısı, Şâfiî’nin ve Buhârî’nin durumları ve hadis-sünnet üzerine bazı mülahazalar izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Buhârî’nin Şâfiî’ye muhalefet ettiği konular değerlendirilerek, aralarındaki ilişki ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.
