Must match parçalar, birleşik ürünün orijinal görünümünün bozulmaması için muhakkak belirli bir şekilde tasarlanması gereken parçalardır. Konuyu özellikle otomotiv sektörü açısından ele alan yazar, söz konusu parçaların korunmasının, konusu sadece bunların üretilmek olan sektöre ve özellikle tüketicilere olan etkilerini hukuki perspektiften ele almaktadır.

Öz
The book examines how must match part designs of combined products are protected under the Industrial Property Law. Must match parts are parts that must be designed in a certain way so that the original appearance of the combined product is not impaired. The author, who deals with the subject especially in terms of the automotive sector, deals with the effects of the protection of the said parts only on the sector where they are produced, and especially on the consumers, from a legal perspective.
