Öz

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate nurses' attitudes and competencies regarding telemedicine and telenursing practices.
Materials and Methods: The research was designed as a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The study population consisted of nurses working under the Ministry of Health, with a sample of 385 nurses. Data were collected online via the “Google Forms” application and analyzed using the SPSS program.
Results: The findings indicate that nurses generally have a positive attitude toward telenursing practices; however, they need to enhance their technological competencies. It was determined that nurses who received training were more inclined toward telenursing practices. Additionally, experienced nurses were observed to adapt to technology more quickly.
Conclusion: The study highlights the need for comprehensive training programs to enable nurses to take more active roles in telemedicine and telenursing. Supporting technological adaptation can enhance nurses' competencies and improve the quality of patient care.

Hemşirelerin Uzaktan Sağlık Hizmetlerinin (Tele-Tıp) Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum ve Görüşleri

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelerin teletıp ve tele hemşirelik uygulamalarına yönelik tutumlarını ve yetkinliklerini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma, tanımlayıcı tasarıma sahip olup nicel yöntem kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Sağlık Bakanlığı bünyesinde çalışan hemşireler örneklemi ise, 385 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri “Google Forms” uygulaması üzerinden online olarak toplanmıştır.Veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Bulgular, hemşirelerin tele hemşirelik uygulamalarına karşı genellikle olumlu bir tutuma sahip olduğunu, ancak teknolojik yetkinliklerini artırmaları gerektiğini göstermektedir. Eğitim almış hemşirelerin tele hemşirelik uygulamalarına daha yatkın olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, deneyimli hemşirelerin teknolojiye daha hızlı adapte olduğu görülmüştür.
Sonuç: Çalışma, hemşirelerin teletıp ve tele hemşirelik alanlarında daha etkin görev alabilmesi için kapsamlı eğitim programlarının geliştirilmesi gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Teknolojik adaptasyonun desteklenmesi, hemşirelerin yetkinliklerini artırarak hasta bakım kalitesini yükseltebilir.
