THE EFFECT ON THE DESİRE TO LİVE İN A RURAL AREA OF SOCİAL CAPİTAL: A STUDY İN ERZURUM RURAL AREAS

Öz

Social capital as expressed in many studies in conjunction with other types of capital the economic and social development is one of the in dispensable rings. The subject of this study is to determine the effect of social capital and other factors on the desire to live in rural areas. The main material of the study is composed of cross-sectional data obtained from surveys based on random sampling method in rural areas of Erzurum in 2014. It was made a survey of 324 units with household heads. In this study used Structural Equation Modeling was used LISREL8.72 and SPSS13 as software material. The research results showed a positive effect on the desire to live in rural areas Structural Social Capital 0.22 , Relational Social Capital 0.46 , Cognitive Social Capital 0.74 and Rural life in expressing Physical Factors 0.86 has a positive impact. Economic and demographic factors are not having an impact on the choice of rural life

Sosyal Sermayenin Kırsal Alanda Yaşama İsteği Üzerinde Etkisi: Erzurum Kırsal Alanında Bir Araştırma

Öz

Sosyal sermaye birçok çalışmada ifade edildiği gibi diğer sermaye türleri ile birlikte ekonomik ve sosyal kalkınmanın vazgeçilmez halkalarından biridir. Çalışmanın konusu, sosyal sermaye ve diğer etkenlerin kırsal alanda yaşama isteği üzerine etkisini tespit etmektir. Çalışmanın ana materyalini Erzurum kırsal alanında, tesadüfî örnekleme yöntemine göre yapılan anketlerden elde edilen 2014 yılı yatay kesit verileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma bölgesinde hane reisleri ile 324 adet anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapısal Eşitlik Modelinin kullanıldığı çalışmada yazılım materyali olarak LISREL 8.72 ve SPSS 13 programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, kırsal alanda yaşama isteği üzerine Yapısal Sosyal Sermayenin 0.22 , İlişkisel Sosyal Sermayenin 0.46 , Bilişsel Sosyal Sermayenin 0.74 pozitif yönde etkisi olduğunu göstermiştir. Kırsal yaşamı ifade eden Fiziksel Etken de 0.86 pozitif yönde etkiye sahiptir. Ekonomik ve demografik etkenler kırsal yaşamı tercihte bir etkiye sahip değildir
