DETERMINATION OF RECREATIONAL LAND USE FACTORS FOR LAND USE PLANNING: CASE OF ISPARTA PLAIN
Öz
Determination of criteria of the most appropriate land use is required for the solution of incorrect and inappropriate land use problem in urban and rural areas. Today, recreation and tourism is one of the major land use forms. In this context, recreational potential should be put in the middle by determining the land use measures for purposeful rekreational usage of open-gree areas which have vital importance at land use. In this study, it's aimed to obtain congruity coefficients for recreational land use criteria with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method that allows taking into account both quantitative and qualitative factors in selecting the best decision alternative. According to these obtained this coefficients Isparta plains' natural and cultural resources have been questioned by using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) tools and the identification of plains' recreation areas is aimed. In addition, proposal about planning and management of these areas is developed.
