COVID-19 Pandemisinde Bilgiye Erişimin Önündeki Büyük Engel: Sayısal Bölünme/Bilgi Uçurumu

The editorial of this issue focuses on the phenomenon of digital divide, which proved to be one of the biggest barriers to access information during the COVID-19 pandemic, and addresses the role of social institutions and public spaces affected by the pandemic in overcoming this digital divide.
