Öz

Kronik eozinofilik pnömoni, nedeni bilinmeyen, subakut veya kronik solunumsal ve genel semptomlar, alveoler ve/veya kan eozinofilisi ve radyolojide periferik pulmoner infiltratlarla karakterize
bir hastalıktır. Bu özellikleri taşıyan 2 olgu, kronik eozinofilik pnömoninin klinikte ender görülen bir hastalık olmasından dolayı, literatür bilgileri ile birlikte değerlendirilerek sunulmuştur.
