Atipik Klinik Seyir Gösteren Alışılmadık Şekilde Büyük Bir Nörotekoma Olgusu: Olgu Sunumu ve Literatürün Gözden Geçirilmesi

Öz

Nörotekoma, sinir kılıfı hücrelerinin iyi huylu, yumuşak doku tümörüdür. Her ne kadar literatürde iyi tanımlanmışsa da tanısının konması zor olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, önkol yerleşimli beklenmedik şekilde büyük boyutlu bir nörotekoma olgusunu sunarak diğer agresif seyirli yumuşak doku tümörlerinin ayırıcı tanısında bu nadir görülen tümöre dikkat çekmek amaçlanmıştır.

An Unusually Large Neurothekeoma with Atypical Presentation: Case Report and Review of the Literature

Öz

Neurothekeoma is a benign soft tissue tumor of nerve sheath cells. Although well defined in the literature, neurothekeoma is a rare tumor and it is difficult to diagnose. In this report, an unusually large neurothekeoma of the forearm is reported in an aim to take attention to this infrequent tumor in the differential diagnosis of other soft tissue tumors with aggressive progress.
