Mesanedeki Küçük Boyutlu Yabancı Cisimler Nefroskop ile Çıkarılabilir

Öz

Mesane içindeki yabancı cisimlerle ilgili birçok rapor yayınlanmıştır. Bu raporda, endos-kopik bir işlem sırasında kullanılan enstrümandan kopan bir parçanın nefroskopla ile çıkartıldığı bir olgu sunulmaktadır. Yaklaşık 2 aydır hematüri şikayeti olan ve mesane tümörü nedeniyle transüretral rezeksiyon yapılan 56 yaşındaki erkek hastada, bu işlem sırasında kullanılan rezek-toskopun ucundaki izolasyon amaçlı enstrüman parçası mesane içine düşmüş ve mesaneye transüretral yoldan ilerletilen bir nefroskopun çalışma kanalından forseps yardımıyla çıkarılmıştır. İntravezikal yabancı cisimlerin çıkarılmasında nefroskop kullanılması, düşük morbidite ve çabuk iyileşme süreci sağlayan bir yöntemdir. Ayrıca, endoürolojik işlemlerde kullanılan enstrümanların her işlem sonrası dikkatle incelenmesi, olası iyatrojenik hataları önlemede faydalı olacaktır. Small-Sized Foreign Bodies in the Bladder Can be Removed with Nephroscope: Case Report

Öz

Numerous reports have been published about intravesical foreign bodies. We present a patient who required endoscopic intervention with a nephroscope, for the removal of a broken piece from another endoscopic device. A 56 year old patient with the complaint of hematuria for 2 months who underwent transüretral resection of bladder tumor and a piece of resectoscope fell into the bladder during this procedure. This piece was successfully removed with a nephroscope inserted from urethra. Removing intravesical foreign bodies with a nephroscope from urethra is a safe technique with a low morbidity. Additionally instruments used for endourologic procedures should be carefully examined after each operation in order to prevent possible iatrogenic complications.
