COVID-19 çok farklı klinik ve radyolojik tutulumlara neden olabilir. Enfekte olan hasta sayısı arttıkça hastalıkla ilgili bilgi dağarcığı da genişlemektedir. En sık akciğer radyolojik bulgusu, iki taraflı tutulum ve periferik buzlu cam opasiteleri olup, ters halo işareti de nadir atipik tutulumlardan birisidir. Biz de COVID-19 enfeksiyonuyla takip edilen, Toraks BT incelemesinde ‘ters halo işareti’ görülen COVID -19 enfekte olgumuzu sunarak literatüre katkıda bulunmayı amaçladık.

A Rare Finding in COVID-19 Pneumonia: Reverse Halo Sign - A Case Report

Öz

COVID-19 can cause very different clinical and radiological involvements. As the number of COVID-19 infected patients increases, the knowledge about the disease is also expanding. The highest level of radiological finding is between the bilateral and peripheral glaciers, and these events are mentioned. We aimed to contribute to the literature by presenting a case with an 'reverse halo sign' on thorax CT examination followed up with COVID-19 infection.
