Abstract

There are two main types of chronic nbsp; inflamatory bowel diseases: crohn rsquo;s disease affecting the whole gastrointestinal system from oral cavity to nbsp; rectum and ulcerative colitis affecting only the colon A third group of such diseases consist of indeterminated nbsp; colitis Chronic inflomatory nbsp; bowel disesases emerge by means of triggering factors on a genetic basis These disease with similarities and nbsp; differences concerning clinical prognosis and laboratory findings have started nbsp; to be seen in younger popilations In this rewiew prognosis diagnosis and treatment of inflamotory bowel diseases have been discussed Turk Arch Ped nbsp; 2011; 46 Suppl: 70 8

Kronik enflamatuar barsak hastalıkları KİBH ağızdan rektuma kadar bütün gastrointestinal sistemi tutabilen Crohn hastalığı ve sadece kolonu tutan Ülseratif Kolit ÜK olmak üzere başlıca iki tiptir Üçüncü bir grup ta indetermine kolitlerdir Bu hastalıklar genetik bir zeminde tetik çeken etkenlerle ortaya çıkmaktadırlar Klinik seyirleri laboratuvar bulguları açısından benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları olan bu hastalıklar giderek daha küçük yaşlarda görülmektedir Bu yazıda kronik enflamatuar barsak hastalıklarının çocuk yaş grubunda seyri tanısı ve tedavisi irdelenmektedir Türk Ped Arş 2011; 46 Özel Sayı: 70 8
