Kadın hastalıkları pratiğinin önemli konularından birisi çocukluk yaş grubunun jinekolojik sorunlarıdır Bu dönemde olguların yakınmaları erişkin dönemden farklıdır ve jinekolojik muayenenin kendine özgü özellikleri vardır Bu yazıda özellikle ergenlik öncesi kız çocuklarında sık rastlanılan jinekolojik sorunlar üzerinde durulması amaçlanmaktadır Türk Ped Arş 2007; 42: 1 5 Anahtar kelimeler: Ergen jinekoloji premenarş yenidoğan
