In this study, implantation in Myotis myotis was examined histologically by light microscopy (Olympus BX51). İndividuals of female bats were captured from the Koyunbaba Cave in Kırklareli. Histological sections of uterus of Myotis myotis were stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin (Mayer’s), Gomori trichrome and examined. We observed that Myotis myotis has a bicornuate uterus and implantation occurs in the right horn. Embriyonic disc is located at the basal side of the amniotic cavity. Trophoblast differentiated to cytotrophoblast and syncytiotrophoblast.
