Öz

Unemployment currently is the most important fundamental problem. Rapid increase of population, imbalance in the distribution of income, and such factors as the lack of university-industry cooperation towards labor market and inadequacy of labor quality are causing economic losses by increasing the levels of unemployment. Value added base employment, is the basic source of individual and social development. That is why, employment and unemployment are closely related to each other. Globalization is changing the dimensions of production and the structure of employment is changing accordingly. This particular situation causes difficulty in the creation of employment and as a result unemployment presents itself as a major problem. The study incorporates such subjects as the importance of added value in the creation of employment and the reduction of unemployment.

İŞLETMELERDE KATMA DEĞERİN İSTİHDAM ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Öz

İşsizlik, günümüzde temel sorunların arasında en önemlisidir. Nüfusun hızla artması, gelir dağılımındaki dengesizlik, üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin işgücü piyasasına yönelik olmaması ve nitelikli işgücünün yetersizliği gibi faktörler işsizliği arttırarak ekonomik kayıplara neden olmaktadır. Katma değere dayalı istihdam, bireysel ve toplumsal gelişmenin temel kaynağını oluştur-maktadır. Küreselleşme, üretimin boyutlarını değiştirmekte ve buna bağlı olarak da istihdamın yapısı değişmektedir. Bu durum, istihdamın yaratılmasını zorlaştırmakta ve işsizlik büyük bir sorun olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışma, ülkemizde istihdamın yaratılmasında katma değerin önemi ve işsizliğin azaltılmasına yönelik konuları içermektedir
