TATARLAR VILLAGE TOMB IN SÜLOĞLU TOWN OF EDIRNE

Öz

There is a tomb in the form of baldequen which became more wide spread since the begining of the fourteenth century Turkish Architecture. The tomb is located nearby the Tatarlar village, at the region called Ayazma. Tatarlar is a village of Süloğlu town, Edirne. This study was investigated under two aspects. The first one is that this tomb hasn’t been published in any time scientific publications yet, so for whom it was built, date revealing its building time, plan, architectural features and decoration aspect is. Its place and importance in the history of Turkish Architecture

EDİRNE-SÜLOĞLU-TATARLAR KÖYÜ TÜRBESİ

Öz

Edirne’nin Süloğlu ilçesine bağlı Tatarlar Köyü’nün Ayazma mevkiinde bulunan ve günümüzde kullanılmayan tarihi mezarlığında, Türk Mimarisi’nde XIV. yy.dan itibaren yaygınlaşmaya başlayan baldaken formlu bir türbe yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada, şimdiye kadar yayınlara geçmemiş bu türbenin kim için yaptırıldığı, inşa tarihi, plan, mimari, süsleme özellikleri ile Türk Mimarisi’ndeki yeri ve önemi üzerinde durulmuştur
