Öz

Aggressive angiomyxoma (AAM) is a rare benign myxoid mesenchyme derived soft tissue tumor which occurs mainly in the female pelvis and perineum. Due to its rarity, we aimed to present a case where aggressive angiomyxoma relapsed after 5 years in pelvis of a 46 year old woman.
