Öz

Overin primer skuamöz hücreli karsinomu over maligniteleri arasında oldukça nadir oranda görülmektedir. Pek çok olgu matur kistik teratom, Brenner tümörü veya endometriozis zemininde gelişmektedir. Bu vaka sunumunda kırk yaşında, premenapozal dönemde görülmüş, unilateral, overin matür kistik teratom zemininde gelişen skuamöz hücreli kanser olgusu literatür bilgileri eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.

Öz

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the ovary is a rare pathologic event. Malignant transformation is a rare complication of mature cystic teratoma as well as Brenner tumor or endometriosis. In this article we present a case of squamous cell carcinoma arising in matur cystic teratoma in a premanopausal woman
