This study aims to examine the demographic factors affecting e-health literacy among adults over the age of 50, as well as the relationship between general self-efficacy and e-health literacy. A total of 343 literate individuals aged 50 and over participated in the study. The research was conducted using a descriptive survey model. According to the results, the participants' level of e-health literacy was found to be 2.73. E-health literacy scores significantly varied by gender, education level, place of residence, income level, marital status, health status, smartphone use, frequency of internet use, e-Nabız and e-Devlet use, and kind of getting doctor’s appointment. Furthermore, there was a significant positive relationship between participants' general self-efficacy levels and their e-health literacy levels. Considering these variables that may be associated with the level of welfare, it can be said that increasing the general welfare of older adults or societal welfare plays an important role in their use of health-related technologies.
