I continue my studies in the field of agricultural machine systems, with a focus on materials science, alternative tillage and harvesting machines, harvesting and post-harvest technologies, and agricultural machinery management.

I'm researching post-harvest technology, precision agriculture (proximal sensing technologies and artificial intelligence techniques), and agricultural energy systems. I'm also interested in image processing and machine learning in agricultural applications.

Dr. Esmanur Demirel is a Lecturer in the Department of Plant and Animal Production, Greenhouse Cultivation Program, at Akdeniz University Kumluca Vocational School. She received her B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Horticulture at Akdeniz University. Her research interests include vegetable production, plant tissue culture, doubled haploid production, plant biotechnology, greenhouse cultivation, and plant stress physiology. She has contributed to national and international scientific publications and has participated in various research projects in these fields.
