Implant treatment is one of the frequently applied treatments to compensate for the deterioration of function and phonation of patients due to missing teeth, with the advantage of providing aesthetics.
A 47-year-old systemically healthy male patient applied to our clinic for renewal of his prosthesis. In this case report, after removing of the existing implant prosthesis, a screw-retained temporary prosthesis with an anatomical gingival emergence profile was used. Following the healing period, the gingival
emergence profile was transferred to the open impression coping, after laboratory procedures, the patient’s prosthesis was finalized.

Diş hekimliğinde, hastaların eksilen dişlerle beraber fonksiyon kaybı ve fonasyonunun bozulması durumlarının telafisinde implant tedavisi seçeneği, özellikle de estetiğin sağlanabilmesi avantajı nedeniyle sıkça uygulanan tedavilerdendir. 47 yaşında sistemik olarak sağlıklı erkek hasta, santral diş
hizasında bulunan mevcut implant protezinin yenilenmesi için kliniğimize başvurdu. Bu vaka raporunda, implant protezinden estetik memnuniyetsizlik yaşaması sebebiyle kliniğimize başvuran hastamızın mevcut siman retansiyonlu implant protezi vida retansiyonlu bir protetik restorasyon ile yenilendi. Bu
amaçla anatomik dişeti çıkış profiline sahip vida retansiyonlu geçici protez kullandırıldı. İyileşme dönemini takiben, dişeti çıkış profili, açık ölçü postuna, daha sonra ölçüye aktarılarak, laboratuvar işlemlerinden sonra hastanın protezi son haline getirildi.
