Durumluk Bağlanma Güvensizliğinde Kişilerarası Deneyimlere Bağlı Boylamsal Değişimler: Zihinselleştirmeye Dayalı Duygu Düzenleme Modeli Açısından Bir İnceleme

Öz

Araştırmada bağlanmada değişim üzerine üç konunun incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır: (1) bireylerin durumluk bağlanma güvensizliğinin zaman içinde nasıl bir değişim gösterdiği, (2) haftalık olumlu ve olumsuz kişilerarası deneyimlerin ve bu deneyimlere ilişkin algılardaki değişimin haftalık bağlanmadaki değişimi yordayıp yordamadığı ve (3) zihinselleştirme ve zihinselleştirilmiş duygulanımın kişilerarası deneyimlere bağlı bağlanmadaki değişimi yordayıp yordamadığı. Beş hafta boyunca takip edilen 57 katılımcı (Ort. yaş = 20.16) zihinselleştirme ve zihinselleştirilmiş duygulanım (duygu düzenleme) becerilerini, durumluk bağlanma güvenliğini, önceki hafta yaşadıkları olumlu ve olumsuz kişilerarası deneyimleri, ve bu kişilerearası deneyimlere ilişkin kayıp ve kazanç algılarını değerlendiren öz-bildirim ölçeklerini tamamlamıştır. Hiyerarşik lineer modelleme haftalık olumlu ve olumsuz kişilerarası deneyimler ve bu deneyimlere ilişkin algılardaki değişimin haftalık bağlanma güvensizliğindeki değişimi yordadığını ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca, zihinselleştirme ve zihinselleştirilmiş duygulanım boyutları kişilerarası deneyimler ve bu deneyimlere ilişkin kayıp, kazanç algılarına bağlı bağlanmadaki değişimi yordamıştır. Bulgular, zihinselleştirilmiş duygulanım ve zihinselleştirmenin bireylerin ilişkilerdeki olumlu ve olumsuz deneyimlerden gelen duyguları zihinselleştirmesine ve düzenlemesine izin vererek zaman içinde bağlanma güvenliğine doğru bir değişimi ortaya çıkarabileceğine işaret etmektedir.
