A Propos de la Nouvelle Loi Relative au Droit International Privé et la Procèdure Civile Internationale en Turquie

Öz

L'Assemblee Consultative Constituante a adopte le 20 mai
1982 une loi qui a pour but de codifier en Turquie les regles du
droit international prive ainsi que celles de la procedure çivile
internationale.
Avant la promulgation de cette loi, en effet. le droit international turc n'etait pas codifie d'une maniere s\ stematique:
Une "loi provisoire du 23 fevrier 1330 (1915 de nötre ere) relative aux droits et obligations des etrangers se tıouvant en pays
ottoman" etait restee en vigueur en Turquie depuis la fin de l'Empire ottoman1
. C'etait une loi ancienne et tres incomplete et elle
ne repondait plus aux besoins de nötre epoque, caracterisee par
une internationalisation croissante de la vie sociale, ecönomique
et culturelle2
.
