Finansın Yeni Yöntemi; Merkeziyetsiz Finans (DeFi)

Öz

Bugün geldiğimiz noktada kayıtsız kalınamayacak bir ekonomik gerçeklik olarak karşımızda duran kripto para alanında ortaya çıkan gelişmeler, yeni boyutlar kazanmış ve sadece paraya değil finansal sisteme de alternatif olabilecek potansiyele sahip olduğunu göstermiştir.
Bu çalışmanın amacı, geleneksel finans sistemine bir alternatif olabilecek en azından yeni bir alan açacak olan, blokzincir teknolojisi üzerine inşa edilen ve kripto para temelli çalışan merkeziyetsiz finans (DeFi) sisteminin genel işleyişi, DeFi’nin temel unsurları ve finansal işlevlerinin açıklanmasıdır. Merkeziyetsiz finansın geleneksel finans piyasasına alternatif olma potansiyeli, DeFi sisteminde ortaya çıkan gelişmeler ve temelinde yatan teknolojileri açıklayarak ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.
Bu çalışma ile, DeFi’ye ilişkin, literatürde çok az sayıda yer alan çalışmalara katkı sunmak, bu konuda yapılacak kavramsal analiz ve sınıflandırma (taksonomi) çalışmalarına kaynak oluşturmak hedeflenmiş ve kripto para piyasası ve özellikle DeFi alanında ortaya çıkan kavramların daha ayrıntılı tanımlamasına ilişkin çalışmalar yapılması konusunda araştırma alanları önerilmiştir.
