Sendikasizlaşma Üzerine Akademik Tartişmalar: Araştirma Eğilimlerinin ve Örüntülerinin Bibliyometrik İncelemesi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı sendikasızlaşma kavramını ele alan yazının gelişimini ve eğilimlerini vurgulayarak hem alan yazına hem de bu konuda çalışma yapacak olan araştırmacılara katkı sağlamaktır. Çalışmanın amacından hareketle Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanında “nonunionization, non-unionionzation, deunionization, de-unionization, nonunionisation, non-unionionsation, deunionisation, de-unionisation” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak tarama yapılmıştır. Yapılmış olan tarama sonucunda 1980-2024 yılları arasında konu ile ilgili 902 çalışma çalışmanın örneklemine dahil edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre “impact”, “United States”, “employment”, “unionization” ve “unions” kelimelerinin en sık kullanılan kelimeler olduğu görülmektedir. Ayrıca yayın sayısının 1992’den sonra arttığı, en fazla sayıda makale yayınlayan dergilerin ve makalelerin akademik kurumlara göre dağılımına bakıldığında, Anglo-Sakson anlayıştan gelen dergi ve üniversitelerin başat rol üstlendikleri tespit edilmiştir.

The Academic Discourse on Deunionization: A Bibliometric Review of Research Trends and Patterns

Abstract

This study aims to contribute to both the literature in the field and researchers working on this topic by highlighting the development and trends in writing on the concept of deunionization. Based on the purpose of the study, a search was conducted in the Web of Science (WoS) database using the keywords “nonunionization, non-unionization, deunionization, de-unionization, nonunionisation, non-unionisation, deunionisation, de-unionisation.” As a result of the search, 902 studies related to the subject between 1980 and 2024 were included in the sample. According to the analysis results, the most frequently used words are “impact,” “United States,” “employment,” “unionization,” and “unions.” In addition, it was found that the number of publications increased after 1992, and when examining the distribution of journals with the highest number of articles by academic institutions, it was determined that journals and universities from the Anglo-Saxon tradition played a dominant role.
