The authors of the submissions made to the BES Journal guarantees that they do not publish their articles in English or any other language in Turkey or abroad before and they do not submit their articles any other journal to be published or their article is not accepted for publication in another journal. BES Journal aims to publish original articles and supervises it at every stage.


All the legal and scientific responsibility related to the content of the published articles belongs to the author.

BES Journal does not pay any royalty to the authors. Likewise, BES Journal does not charge any fee (application fee, evaluation fee, publication fee, cost, etc.) and another benefit from the authors.

BES Journal is licensed with Creavtive Commons (CC) Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0). This license lets others distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit you fort he original creation. In other words, the articles published in the BES Journal can be used by making references.

BES Journal allows the use of the articles for the purposes of reading, downloading, copying, sharing and printing, as well as for any other legal purposes.
