OTANTİK LİDERLİK VE POZİTİF ÇIKTILARI: POZİTİF ÖRGÜTSEL DAVRANIŞ BAKIŞ AÇISI

Öz




















Bu çalışmada
pozitif psikoloji akımının örgüt bacağındaki alt çalışma alanları olan pozitif
örgüt okulu ve pozitif örgütsel davranış çalışmaları neticesinde literatüre
kazandırılmış olan otantik liderlik tarzı ve yarattığı örgütsel çıktılara
odaklanılmıştır. Söz konusu liderlik tarzının örgütsel çıktılar üzerindeki
etkisini incelemek amacıyla; öncelikli olarak; pozitif psikoloji ve alt kolları
olan pozitif örgüt okulu ve pozitif örgütsel davranış bakı açılarından ve
otantik liderlikten önemli ölçüde etkilenen psikolojik sermaye kavramları
detaylı ve otantik liderlik ile bağlantılı olarak açıklanacaktır. Sonrasında da
en temel pozitif liderlik biçimi olan otantik liderliğin özellikleri, oluşumu
ve en önemli örgütsel çıktısı olan performansa etkisi ilgili yazından
örneklerle birlikte detayı olarak incelenecektir.

Diğer yandan, Araştırma Makalelerinde verisi 2020 yılından önce toplanmış makaleler için ETİK KURUL İZNİ istenmemektedir. Ancak yine bu makalelerde de yöntem kısmında verilerin toplanma tarihlerine ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmesi gerekmektedir.

Hakem değerlendirmelerinde olan araştırmalara ilişkin ham verilerin hakemler tarafından talep edildiğinde sunulması şarttır. Verilerin makalenin yayımı sonrasında da gerektiğinde sağlanması zorunludur.
